All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Kitchen Therapy offers standard shipping to Canada via Canada Post with most orders arriving within 5-10 days of their processing date. Expedited services are offered at an additional cost.
We generally ship all orders via Canada Post, although we do occasionally use other couriers. A tracking number will be provided to you at time of shipping. We process all orders during regular business hours . We will make our best efforts to ship your order in a timely manner however delays do occasionally occur beyond our control.
Although we make every attempt to ship all orders complete, sometimes it may be necessary to break up orders into two or more packages or into multiple shipments.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
All orders within Canada* are a flat rate of $25. Any orders of $150 qualify for free shipping!
In the event of excessive freight charges Kitchen Therapy reserves the right to inform the customer of additional costs (including but not limited to sale items or unique items).
*Our Free Shipping offer applies to most locations in Canada excluding but not limited to: The Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, any island location as well as any other destination requiring ocean or air freight service in any province or territory. This policy also excludes all locations in Canada deemed as "remote" by Canada Post. If you wish to ship to any of these locations please contact us at 604-536-6005 for a custom quote.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Store in Grandview Corners. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11-6pm on Monday to Saturday and 11-5pm on Sundays and holidays (some exceptions do apply). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
DAMAGED, LOST OR SHORT SHIPMENTS:
Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and containers exactly as they were delivered until you're advised otherwise.
