Care and Maintenance
To keep your mill performing optimally, simply wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid placing it in the dishwasher or submerging it in water. It is important to use only the spice designated for each mill—dry rock salt for the salt mill and black, white, or green peppercorns for the pepper mill.

The u'Select Grinding System
This patented feature allows you to choose from six pre-defined grind settings by simply turning the ring at the base of the mill.
