CloseDesign The board showcases a classic V-shaped herringbone pattern that brings 1920s glamour to the kitchen. The end-grain construction is not only visually striking with its mosaic of golden tones, but also highly functional, allowing the wood fibers to "self-heal" after every knife stroke.
Durability Teak is a "royal timber" naturally saturated with high oil content, making it incredibly water-repellent and resistant to warping. This 0.9" medium-thickness profile provides a sturdy, professional-grade cutting surface that is gentle on your knife edges, keeping them sharper for longer.
Care Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately; never submerge or place in a dishwasher. To maintain the board’s natural luster and moisture barrier, apply food-grade mineral oil or beeswax 2–3 times per month. The wood will naturally darken to a rich, deep gold over time.
Additional Features The integrated juice canal captures liquid runoff to keep your counters tidy, while the carved handgrip makes maneuvering the large 14x18" surface effortless. Many models in this series are reversible, often featuring a smooth side for serving and a grooved side for carving.
