About the Chef!
Chef Brian Hartlen is the owner of Golden Gryphon Corp, West-Coast foodie, cook, chef-for hire, private chef, maker of Prepped Meals for athletes, children's food, special line of 'Rainbow Royal Sweet Milk', and soon to be teacher at Kitchen Therapy! I specialize in west coast food, vegan/ vegetarian cuisine, smoked meats and smoke salmon, thai cuisine, italian cuisine, french cuisine, sushi, and of course west coast cuisine. He has past experience working in some of the more famous restaurants on vancouver island and Italian Kitchen in Vancouver, a city well known for some of the top restaurants in Canada.
