Care

To maintain the metal finish and prevent oxidation, all metal components—including the mincer housing, discs, and knife—should be hand washed in warm, soapy water and dried immediately. After cleaning, applying a small amount of food-grade oil to the grinding discs and knife will keep them in peak condition.
