The unit features a large, clear LCD display and a 5.5" (14 cm) stainless steel probe connected by a 39" (1 m) heat-resistant sensor cable. The base includes a magnetic back for mounting on an oven door and a flip-out stand for countertop use.

Performance

Engineered for accuracy, it monitors temperatures from 32°F to 482°F (0°C to 250°C). The integrated timer functions as both a count-up and count-down clock, providing a loud audio alert once your target time or internal temperature is reached.
