This original formula creates a unique ceramic body very resistant to both thermal and mechanical shocks. All stoneware products can be safely used in the oven, microwave, and freezer. As a precaution, you should avoid placing the pieces straight from the oven on a cold surface. Do not use it over a direct flame. All pieces used for eating and serving purposes, meet the standards established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with regard to lead and cadmium content. They are food safe.
