Cold Brew mode produces highly concentrated coffee that's perfect over ice or in cocktails. Custom Brew mode allows you to fine-tune the temperature, flow rate and bloom time, then save the settings. The Luxe Brewer comes with a cone filter to bring out the fruity notes of your favourite ground coffee and a flat-bottomed filter to enhance the floral, nutty and chocolate notes. The machine also boasts a durable glass carafe and a heater plate that keeps coffee warm for up to 6 hours.

Use
- Use cold, filtered water. Do not use demineralized or distilled water as it may affect taste of brewed coffee.
- Do not use machine without placing mesh basket filter or paper filter in basket. Do not use both at the same time; uses #4 paper filters.
- Before starting brew cycle, make sure carafe drip stop can move up and down freely; completely empty carafe and securely lock carafe lid in place; insert and seat carafe under drip stop; ensure filter basket is empty and properly positioned.
- During brew cycle, do not remove carafe, lid or filter basket; scalding/serious injury may result.
- Some surfaces may be hot. Use caution when touching or lifting unit or accessories.
- Always use handle to lift carafe.
- Do not use carafe on stovetop or in microwave.
Care
- Wipe housing and LCD screen clean with soft, damp cloth.
- Hand-wash coffee basket, flat-bottom filter, cone filter, water tank, tank lid, carafe and carafe lid in warm, soapy water with soft-bristled brush. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Avoid using abrasive cleansers, pads and cloths as they can scratch surfaces.
- Descale regularly for best results. LCD screen will flash "DESCALE" when it's time to run the descale cycle.
