Use the cookie beater when you want to make a batter or simple dough that is butter based, for example pie dough or cookie dough.
• When you change between the balloon whisks and cookie whisks make sure you hear a ”click” when you secure them in the gear wheel on the beater head.
• The beaters must be used with room temperature or melted butter.
