Grinding
Both mills feature the u'Select adjustment system at the base, providing six pre-defined grind levels for customized seasoning. The pepper mill is designed to crack then grind peppercorns to release oils, while the salt mill is engineered to specifically shatter dry salt crystals into a consistent texture.

Durability

Care
To maintain the finish and function, wipe the exteriors with a soft, dry cloth and never immerse the units in water. It is essential to use only dry rock salt in the salt mill and dry peppercorns in the pepper mill to prevent internal corrosion or clogging.
