These convince with their high-quality brand non-stick coating and are made of excellent carbon steel. This makes the pastry very easy to remove from the mould. Of course, the baking tins are PFOA-free and made in proven Birkmann quality. They are temperature-resistant up to 230 °C and can be cleaned gently by hand after baking.
