"Food from the Farm" represents everything that has steered my career in the direction it has gone. It's the idea of working with farmers, working with the seasons, creating food that could give you a sense of time and place. It's about the importance of connecting people with the land and with nature. I want to share with everyone the feeling of anticipation, gratitude, excitement and respect that comes from eating and cooking locally, simply and seasonally.

Class Cancellation PolicyCooking class registration is accepted in person or on line at www.kitchentherapy.ca.
Full payment is required at time of registration and can be made using visa, mastercard, debit card (in person only), a valid gift card or by cash. If you are unable to attend a class that you registered for, we require 48 hours notice; with 48 hours notice we can move you to another class (provided space is available), or offer you a store credit for in-store purchases.
We do not offer refunds
If less than 48 hours notice is given, we are unable to offer a credit, however, we do encourage you to send a family member or friend in your place. If, for any reason, we cancel a class, we will gladly offer a refund or a store credit. Gift certificates can be used for any of our cooking classes; please bring in your gift card (the one you used for on-line registration/purchase) at time of the class you will be attending.
Our classes generally sell out, so on-line purchasing for attendance is strongly recommended.
