Ricotta & Jam Crostata
This is as good for breakfast as it is for dessert. A traditional Italian dessert, kind of like a light rustic cheesecake, not overly sweet but we're not holding that against it ;) This keeps well for a few days well wrapped in the fridge if you can leave it alone that long.
