Duck Rillettes w/Chive Cakes

  This simple appetizer is great for crowds and a perfect make ahead.  Lovely duck fat laced richness paired with a Kumquat preserve!

Roast Lamb & Moroccan Couscous

  Our Moroccan Spiced Sour Cherry preserve was the instigator of this creation.  The couscous on it's own is a great side with any roast meat.

Ricotta & Jam Crostata

  This is as good for breakfast as it is for dessert.  A traditional Italian dessert, kind of like a light rustic cheesecake, not overly sweet but we're not holding that against it ;)  This keeps well for a few days well wrapped in the fridge if you can leave it alone that long.
